friendly staff, nice garden and pool, but very basic rooms. And, sorry, cockroaches!

The Location is great, just a few metres from the main street. The breakfast is very good!!

The hotel is good, but for the price could be better. The room is very basic, and the bathroom was bad.

It's location. It's next to the train station so one can take a train from/to the airport. It's very close to Malioboro, the main shopping area.

There's nothing for vegetarians in the breakfast menu except bread, butter, jam. The wash basin drainage was a problem.

Rooms close to Pasar Kembang street can suffer a lot of noise

The hotel itself was full and clearly could not cope with the large number of people staying there, the pool area is small, breakfast was average, the front rooms are very noisy and the very front room is literally located in the reception foyer. Not particularly cheap (although maybe it is in the off season). A shame because the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and assisted us in every way they could.

This hotel is near shopping center, good place to stay. The room is clean, however it is very batik style. If it wl be perfect if hotel change the new aircondition as it is quite old.

Swimming pool & breakfast

Poor bath room n no hot water ,room facilities not comfort...

Good location for shopping,just nearby Malioboro Street and Malioboro Mall. The hotel staff can arrange for historical place visit. Easy to get transport like trishaw(becha), taxi, car rental and train station. Eating places/stall easy to find,just opposite of the hotel.

My suggestion, please improve your airconditioning system.

Good location, close to shops, restaurants and the train station. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Room had ac and tv. Nice garden environment.

Room is basic, just above backpacker standard (and this was the deluxe room).. Like many hotels in Yogja it was fairly expensive considering the standard. Believe this is due to a lack of hotel suppy in the town.

They should change the tv from 14" to LCD and provide iron to all the room

This friendly hotel is one street south of the main railway in Jogjakarta and being nearer to the south entrance of the station was ideal for catching long distance executive trains. The restaurant/cafe was open at all times which was ideal. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location, just 200m from Jl. Malioboro.

Breakfast was very basic. Shower head needed replacement.

While the rooms are basic, they are clean and adequate in size. The terraces, restaurant and pool areas are very inviting. It was pleasant drinking coffee with friends outside our rooms or taking a dip in the pool. This hotel is within easy walking distance of the main shopping street and the backpackers' lanes, where there are some good places to eat as well as a few convenience stores.
